These terms govern your use of the Boa Esperanca Group website (boaesperancagroup.com) and our properties. By accessing this site or using any service we provide, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Boa Esperanca Group Ltd is a private limited company registered in England and Wales. We operate Villa Boa Esperanca (a private holiday rental on Milos, Greece) and publish EveryPound, an iOS application available on the Apple App Store.
The EveryPound app is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of Apple's Standard End User Licence Agreement, available at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. By installing EveryPound from the App Store, you agree to that EULA in addition to these terms.
Subscription billing (Plus and Pro tiers) is processed entirely by Apple via the App Store. Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Manage or cancel at any time in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions on your device. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
EveryPound is a financial tracking and educational tool. Information shown in the app, including responses generated by the in-app coach, is for general guidance only and does not constitute regulated financial advice. We are not authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority. For regulated advice, consult an FCA-authorised financial adviser.
Villa rentals are governed by the booking platform you use (Airbnb or our direct booking confirmation). Rental terms, cancellation policy, security deposit handling, and house rules are set out at the time of booking. Please contact us with any questions before you book.

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, the EveryPound name and brand mark, and the Boa Esperanca Group brand mark — is owned by or licensed to Boa Esperanca Group Ltd. You may view it for personal, non-commercial purposes. All other rights are reserved.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising out of your use of this site, the EveryPound app, or any villa booking made through us. Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim relating to this site or the app shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date at the top of this page reflects any changes. Continued use of the site or app after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
